At handcraftunique, we stand behind the quality of our garden lighting and irrigation products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds or exchanges.

Return Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. The return window begins on the date you receive the product, not the date of purchase.

Before returning any product, contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This helps us process your return efficiently and ensures proper handling of your refund or exchange.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Securely package the product with all original components, manuals, and accessories. Include a copy of your purchase receipt and the Return Authorization Number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for valuable items.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Send the package to the address provided when you receive your Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, indicate this when requesting your Return Authorization Number. We will ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting your return. If the exchange product has a different price, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment as applicable.

Defective Products

Products covered by manufacturer warranty should be reported immediately. Defective items can be returned at any time during the warranty period. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective products and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion. Defects must not be caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange for replacement or refund of damaged items at no cost to you. Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for compensation.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product due to our error, contact us immediately. We will arrange for pickup of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no charge. We will also issue a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Installation Service Returns

Installation services cannot be returned once completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of installation, contact us within 7 days. We will send a technician to address any workmanship issues at no additional charge. This guarantee covers installation quality but does not extend to product functionality, which is covered separately by manufacturer warranty.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, including:

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. International returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures. Refunds for international orders will be issued in the currency of the original purchase.

Membership Cancellations

Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled within 14 days of enrollment before any services have been used, you will receive a full refund. After this period, refunds are prorated based on unused time. Services already rendered are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

Products purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange. The original purchaser will receive a refund to their payment method if they process the return. Gift recipients without purchase documentation will receive store credit at the current selling price.
